The next exam session is coming up soon! MACES complied a few tips to rock your next exam. Small things add up – take a look at what you can do each week leading up to the big day.

Get Healthy

Get into good habits before the crunch time hits. Start meal planning (perhaps freezing a few soups ahead of time!) when you are still fairly relaxed. Need recipe ideas? Check out this informative page by the McGill  Student Wellness Hub.

A few weeks before exams, start getting into the routine of excising to blast away stress. Did you know the Fitness Centre is free during finals for all McGill students? Give them a visit to find out more.

Get Informed

Be sure to attend the Exam De-Stress Workshop on April 7th from 10 – noon at the MACES Building (3437 rue Peel). It’s completely free – simply register on EventbriteArming yourself with multiple ways to de-stress is key.

Find Your Spot

Take the time to discover what kind of study space works for you. Better yet – find several! The New York Times  recommends alternating where you study to improve retention.

Explore the McGill libraries to maximize your options. Did you know the McLennan Library has a Tranquility Zone on the 6th floor? Of course, the MACES Building is always there for you offering study space and a computer lab exclusively for McGill SCS students.
