Before we know it, summer days will be upon us. How will you keep your brain sharp and body active? Since many McGill SCS students will take a break from coursework, here are a few ways to stay connected mentally and physically.

Visit the Library

The library isn’t just for studying! You can find a wide range of resources for personal projects or areas of interest. For a full list of hours, visit this website.

Check out a Museum

Museums are air-conditioned (bonus!) and will provide you with inspiration and new knowledge. Did you know there is a museum right by McGill’s campus? Check out the McCord Museum for local history.

Get Involved in the McGill Farmers Market

The McGill Farmers market opens in July and will be a great place to connect with the community and purchase fresh foods. Try volunteering or just stop by! Find out more.

Chill out in the MACES Building

The MACES Building is open all summer long. Our hours will be slightly shorter, so check back for exact changes. It’s a place you can cool down and do some reading.
